July - Offers

July - Offers: Creating Strong Business Offers

Having a valuable service does not guarantee that people will understand its value or choose to purchase it.

A strong offer helps the customer reach a desired outcome while increasing their confidence in the result and reducing the time, effort, and sacrifice required to achieve it.

This training focuses on:

  • Identifying the customer’s dream outcome
  • Understanding every obstacle between the customer and that outcome
  • Turning those obstacles into valuable solutions
  • Increasing perceived likelihood of success
  • Reducing time delay, effort, and sacrifice
  • Strengthening an offer through bonuses, guarantees, scarcity, urgency, and effective naming

This is not about lowering prices or combining unrelated services.

It is about increasing the value of what is offered so the business can stand apart from competitors and avoid competing primarily on price.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand the difference between a service and a complete offer
  • Apply Hormozi’s Value Equation to an existing service
  • Define the specific market and dream outcome their offer will serve
  • Identify the problems and obstacles customers experience before and after purchasing
  • Transform those obstacles into clear solutions and delivery options
  • Build an offer stack that communicates the full value being provided
  • Use bonuses, guarantees, scarcity, and urgency appropriately
  • Develop the foundation of a Grand Slam Offer for their business

August - Money Narratives

August - Money Narratives: Understanding Money Shame, Money Stories and How They Affect Our Business

Money is more than a financial resource. It carries stories about safety, success, morality, generosity, personal worth, and what it means to have “enough.”

These narratives are shaped by family, culture, faith, financial experiences, and the messages we have received about wealth and poverty. When left unexamined, they can quietly influence how we earn, spend, charge, give, save, and grow.

This training focuses on:

  • Identifying the experiences and beliefs that shape our relationship with money
  • Understanding money shame and separating financial decisions from personal worth
  • Examining how money narratives affect fees, policies, debt, profit, revenue, and business growth
  • Clarifying what wealth, stewardship, generosity, and “enough” mean personally

This is not about prescribing the correct fee, income, or financial philosophy.

It is about developing a more intentional relationship with money so financial decisions can be made with greater clarity, freedom, and alignment.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand what money narratives are and how they develop
  • Identify inherited and internalized beliefs about money, wealth, poverty, and success
  • Recognize how money shame affects personal and business decisions
  • Examine how money narratives influence pricing, policies, generosity, profit, and growth
  • Identify contradictions between their financial goals and underlying beliefs
  • Clarify the relationship they currently have with money and the relationship they want to develop

September - Financial Management

September - Financial Management: Building a Sustainable Plan for Business and Personal Finances

Running a private practice requires managing variable income while accounting for both business expenses and personal financial needs.

Taxes, cancellations, operating costs, time away from work, professional development, and long-term savings can create significant financial pressure when there is no clear plan in place.

Designed primarily for practice owners between the startup stage and approximately $125,000 in annual income, this training focuses on:

  • Tracking business income and expenses accurately
  • Developing practical business and personal budgets
  • Determining how much income your family and business require
  • Setting fees and caseload goals based on financial needs
  • Planning for taxes, time off, professional growth, retirement, and giving

This is not about becoming a financial expert or maximizing every dollar.

It is about creating a clear and sustainable financial system so you can manage your practice responsibly, prepare for future needs, and make decisions with less fear and uncertainty.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand how personal and business finances interact within private practice
  • Identify the income needed to survive, live comfortably, and thrive
  • Develop a structured approach to tracking income, expenses, and legitimate business deductions
  • Create a budgeting system appropriate for their current stage of business
  • Calculate revenue, fee, and caseload goals based on actual financial needs
  • Build financial buffers for cancellations, vacations, sick days, and unexpected expenses
  • Establish a plan for taxes, professional development, retirement, business growth, and giving
